What amenities are included in the apartments?
All of our apartments are fully furnished and come with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, 24/7 security, gym equipment, 24 hours power supply and more.
How do I pay?
We accept payments directly to our account number or on-site payment at the guest house. We currently do not offer online payment options but aim to make your payment process as smooth as possible.
How do I book an apartment at Trust House Apartments?
Booking is easy! You can secure your stay by paying directly to our account number or by making payment when you arrive at the guest house. Once payment is confirmed, your booking is secured.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed, but you must cancel at least 3 days before your lodging date. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.
What kinds of plans do you offer?
We offer flexible monthly stays, and you can extend your stay as long as you need by renewing your payment before or on the day your current booking expires.
Can I extend my stay?
You are expected to check out on the day your payment expires. If you wish to extend your stay, you will need to renew your payment on the same day that your current booking ends.
When can I check in?
You can check in at any time on the day your booking starts. Whether you’re arriving in the morning, afternoon, or late evening, our apartments are ready for you.
